Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We currently offer free standard shipping across India on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

We ship via Delhivery or India Post, based on serviceability and region.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 8–10 working days

  • Express Delivery (optional & chargeable): Estimated 5–7 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location or external circumstances beyond our control.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL or FedEx. Shipping charges are based on order weight:

  • 1–5 kg: ₹2500

  • 5–10 kg: ₹6500

Shipping timelines vary by destination and will be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation email.


4. Payments

We accept card payments for both domestic and international orders.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take care to pack all items securely. However, Terrapret is not liable for damages or losses caused during transit.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Save all packaging materials and the item(s)

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status via the courier’s website.


7. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges incurred in their country. Terrapret is not responsible for delays or charges due to customs processes.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Terrapret is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, logistics, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Your patience is appreciated in such cases.
