Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Terrapret. We are committed to providing high-quality products. Since our garments are handcrafted and made in limited batches, we only accept returns in the case of items that arrive damaged.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags.


2. Reporting a Damaged Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at terrapretclothing@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Description of the damage

    • Clear photos showing:

      • The damaged area

      • Product tag/label

      • Outer packaging

We will review your request and respond with the next steps.


3. Verification Process

Our team will verify the issue using the details and photos you provide. We may request additional information.
Terrapret reserves the right to accept or decline return requests based on the verification outcome.


4. Return Authorization and Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

  • Please securely package the item and ensure the authorization number is clearly marked on the package.

  • Terrapret will cover the cost of return shipping for approved damaged items.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email confirming:

  • Receipt of the return

  • Approval or rejection of the refund

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing timeline.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at terrapretclothing@gmail.com.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped, and are considered final sale.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Sizing issues or fit preferences

    • Sale items

    • Items returned without prior authorization
